Common Questions About Our CBD Oil For Sale

What is CBD Oil?

CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a chemical compound found naturally in hemp plants, which has been associated with numerous health and wellness benefits. While CBD and THC are in the same cannabinoid family, they are distant cousins in respects to their effects.

The most distinct difference being that CBD is non-intoxicating, meaning it doesn’t have a strong effect on cognitive brain activity and doesn’t cause the “high” associated with marijuana.

Known for its therapeutic and soothing effects, and offering a myriad of health benefits, CBD interacts within the human endocannabinoid system, which regulates functions in the body to create balance and help reach homeostasis. CBD may be an effective, natural remedy for everyday life. †

Can you get “high” off CBD?

No. CBD is not psychoactive, therefore it will not get you high. However, CBD can have a positive effect on your central nervous system as well as your mental health and state such as anxiety relief. CBD is known for balancing out your central nervous system by returning it to homeostasis. Many users report feeling a profound sense of relaxation, alertness, or mental clarity from taking CBD.†

Why do people use CBD Tinctures?

A CBD Tincture is good for maintaining a daily CBD regimen for whole-body wellness. Each of our CBD Tinctures are benefit-specific with our customers needs (and wants) at the top of our mind. Our tinctures are also useful if you like to blend your CBD into drinks, food recipes and more!†

What is the best way to take it?

Simply unscrew the cap, and squeeze the dropper to fill to the suggested amount. Place the CBD oil drops under your tongue and wait 30-60 seconds before swallowing. Make sure to always shake the CBD oil bottle well before each use, then take 1-2 servings throughout the day as needed. Allow for 30 days of continued use to experience the best results and adjust as needed.†

What is the difference between the strengths (Mild, Moderate, Strong & Extra Strong)?

All four of our strengths come in a 30ml bottle. What makes the strength levels increase from Mild, Moderate, Strong to Extra Strong – is the amount of CBD content that is in each serving size. See the below breakdown for more details.

– 500MG (Mild): 1ml (1 full dropper) contains 16.66mg per serving size.

– 1000MG (Moderate): 1ml (1 full dropper) contains 33.33mg per serving size.

– 2000MG (Strong): 1ml (1 full dropper) contains 66.66mg per serving size.

– 4000MG (Extra Strong): 1ml (1 full dropper) contains 133.33mg per serving size.

It’s all based on personal preference and what your CBD tolerance level is. You can gradually increase your serving size until you find the perfect fit for your daily needs. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’d be happy to help!†

Are CBD Oils better than CBD Capsules?

We don’t believe one way is better than the other – it simply depends on personal preference.†

Our CBD product development process begins in Oregon, where our industrial hemp is grown using organic farming methods that are free from heavy metals, pesticides, or any other additives. Each plant gets the maximum TLC- using the most sustainable farming methods and grown without the use of any pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides.

From there, the hemp plant is sent to the lab to start the CBD extraction process. It is extracted from the plant material, distilled and turned into a cannabinoid rich organic CBD oil. We use a C02 extraction method that leaves our CBD oil free of impurities and solvent free, while maintaining an abundance of minor cannabinoids, leaving us with the purest, and most effective CBD oil.

For our CBD oil drops, we use a full spectrum extract. By doing so, we have a CBD rich oil with minor cannabinoids like CBN, CBG, CBL and CBC in abundance, along with beneficial terpenes and flavonoids – creating a true “entourage effect” for our customers. All of our full spectrum CBD oils contain trace amounts of THC under the legal limit of 0.3% THC.†

A CBD tincture, when taken care of properly, can have a practically indefinite shelf-life. However, this immortality is only accomplished under the most strict, careful circumstances. For your CBD tincture, the most important components to remember are always temperature, moisture, and light.

Keeping these components in mind, typically, a cool, dark pantry is the best place to store your precious CBD tinctures. The back of a pantry allows for a consistently cool temperature that isn’t exposed to excess light consistently (which is why storing it in the back of the pantry is crucial). Any change in the environment can drastically impact your CBD products, whether it be the taste or the structure, so finding consistent settings is key.†

As of 2022, CBD that comes from hemp (a type of cannabis sativa plant) that produces no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight is considered legal at the federal level. State laws vary, so it’s best to confirm any rules and regulations that apply to your area with your local and state legislation.

Is CBD oil safe?

The FDA reports it’s only seen limited data regarding the safety of CBD. Anyone interested in consuming CBD in any form should first consult with their healthcare provider and be aware of potential risks associated with using CBD products, including liver injury, drug interactions and male reproductive toxicity.

Who should use CBD oil?

A growing body of research suggests CBD oil can benefit people with:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • PTSD
  • Epilepsy syndromes
  • Opioid addiction
  • Neurodegenerative disorders and diseases
  • Unmanageable chronic pain
  • Diabetic complications
  • Arthritis

Talk to your healthcare provider to learn more about whether CBD oil could be beneficial for you.

Can CBD oil impact the results of a drug test?

Standard drug tests don’t screen for CBD because it’s not an intoxicating substance, nor is it an illegal controlled substance. However, some CBD products contain trace amounts of THC, which can affect the results of a drug test.

Pure CBD Oil

Explore our range of pure CBD oil to get the perfect physical and mental boost, morning, noon and night.

We offer high-quality CBD oil products in a variety of strengths and flavours (including citrus and peppermint), all of which can be taken under the tongue, or mixed into a drink. Whatever way you choose to take CBD oil, Good Hemp is dedicated to helping newcomers and experienced takers alike enjoy their journey with CBD.

What is CBD oil?

CBD oil is made from a chemical compound called CBD (cannabidiol), which is extracted from the flowers and leaves of the cannabis plant. This compound is then diluted with a carrier oil – in our case, hemp seed oil. We’ve explained elsewhere on the site how our CBD oil is made , so give that a look if you’d like to learn more!

CBD oil works with the body’s endocannabinoid system to activate receptors in the brain which control things like mood and temperature. We all have cannabinoid receptors and cannabinoids in our bodies already (cool, huh?), and CBD is thought to signal these receptors when there is an imbalance, encouraging our cannabinoids to work to fix it. It can help with both mental and physical health, and has been known to positively impact your mood and reduce chronic pain, along with a variety of other benefits.

In fact, there are hundreds of scientific studies currently underway to investigate how effective CBD oil could be as a treatment for diseases and ailments as varied as Parkinson’s, cancer, anxiety, eczema and acne. Some have also shown that CBD could have anti-inflammatory properties, relieve chronic pain and help with muscle repair. Much of the research is also focused on how CBD can help you get some high quality sleep.

What is pure CBD oil?

Pure CBD oil consists of CBD isolate plus a carrier oil, such as hemp oil. It doesn’t contain any detectable traces of THC, which is the psychoactive compound found in the marijuana plant – aka the stuff that gets you high. That doesn’t mean it’s all bad – some people with epilepsy use small doses of THC alongside CBD – but our CBD oil is THC free. As well as being the key ingredient in pure CBD oil, CBD isolate can also be taken as a tincture, or in gummies and capsules.

What are the benefits of pure CBD?

Pure CBD offers a clean and consistent dosage of CBD every time, free from unwanted impurities. As CBD is isolated, certain impurities (such as THC) are removed. This ensures that Good Hemp’s CBD oils don’t have any psychoactive effects or other unwanted substances in them. When coupled with a healthy diet and lifestyle, pure CBD offers a wide range of benefits, and is the go-to choice for many people who are interested in trying CBD oil for the first time.

Are there impure versions of CBD?

Yes, there are impure versions of CBD. Many of these products do not meet the safety standards required for food supplements and can have residues of pesticides, fertilisers and other chemicals used during cultivation or manufacture (yuck!). Good Hemp’s Pure CBD oils are thoroughly tested from the field through to the final product to ensure our CBD is 100% pure – guaranteed.
